What we collect

When you submit a form on this site (free signup, course interest, instructor call, lead magnet), we collect the fields you provide along with technical metadata (IP country, user agent, timestamp) for fraud prevention.

How we use it

To grant you access to the courses you signed up for, send you transactional and course-related communication, and follow up about your learning. We do not sell your data.

Service providers

This marketing site uses Cloudflare for hosting and security, Cloudflare D1 for form storage, Resend for transactional email, and Cloudflare Turnstile for spam prevention. Course delivery happens on a separate self-hosted platform operated by Evolving Legacy LLC.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, request deletion, or unsubscribe from any non-transactional emails by replying to any message we send or by emailing legal@evolveuniversity.ai.

Terms of service

Courses available on Evolve University are for educational purposes. Results vary based on application. By signing up for the platform you agree to its separate terms of use, presented at signup.
