Questions worth answering.
Is it really free to start?
Yes. Three courses (Evolve 101, Clock It, and Brand Authority OS) are free forever. No card required to apply. You only pay if you decide to subscribe and unlock the other fifteen.
What does the $99 a month subscription get me?
Access to the fifteen paid courses in the library plus any new courses we ship while you are subscribed. The three free courses stay free whether you subscribe or not.
What is in the full library?
Eighteen courses across three tracks: AI and automation, content and branding, systems and operations. Three are free forever. The other fifteen unlock with the subscription. New courses ship monthly. Existing courses get refreshed as the tools they cover evolve.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel the subscription from the dashboard. No phone call, no retention sales pitch, no surprise renewal email. You keep access to the paid courses through the end of the billing period. The three free courses remain free forever.
Do I get a certificate?
You get a completion mark per course you finish. We do not issue accredited certificates because real estate licensing handles that. Our certification is the working asset you built.
How long does a course take?
Time-boxed courses run 8 to 13 weeks at roughly one hour a week. A few courses are open-format (Starter, Practical, System) that you complete at your own pace. The deliverable structure assumes you ship one piece per week.
Is this only for Florida agents?
No. The tactical content is platform and market agnostic. Buyers behave the same way in Texas as they do in Florida. The principles compound everywhere.
I am brand new to real estate. Is this right for me?
Maybe. The library assumes you have a real estate license and an active business or are about to start one. If you are pre-license, the free courses will give you a sense of what is possible. Come back once you are sponsored.
I am a top producer already. Is there enough here for me?
The AI and systems tracks are specifically built for established producers who want to compound. The free YouTube and follow-up courses are foundational. Skim them, then go straight to the AI track.
What if I am not on Claude?
Most workflows are tool-agnostic. The AI track specifically uses Claude because that is what we use ourselves. We do not teach how to use ChatGPT because we do not use it.
Do you offer 1-on-1 coaching?
Not on Evolve University. If you want individual coaching, book a Studio in Residence engagement with Evolve Studio, which includes quarterly strategy sessions.
Refund policy?
Cancellations stop the next billing cycle. The refund window on a paid month is confirmed during the application review so expectations are aligned before you upgrade.
